Only your explicit approval sends the artwork to print. One revision is included with every order.

Is this physically hand-painted?
No. Your artwork is created with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by a person before printing. We don't represent it as a physical hand-painted commission.
Will my pet still look like my pet?
We use your photo to guide the pose and recognizable features, and a person checks the preview. Individual photos and results vary, and one revision is included with every order. If we don't believe the submitted photo can support a good result, we'll contact you before proceeding.
What kind of photo works best?
One clear, well-lit photo where the pet's face and distinctive markings are visible. Avoid motion blur, heavy filters, extreme crops, and screenshots. If a photo isn't suitable, we'll contact you before proceeding.
What exactly do I receive?
A framed 12×16 print based on one submitted photo — a simplified, paper-textured illustration that keeps your pet's recognizable features, pose, and personality in view. One pet per portrait.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is used to prepare your preview and, if you order, your print. We don't post an identifiable customer photo or artwork in our marketing without separate permission — and permission is never a condition of service. Full details are in the privacy notice.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at launch. Portraits currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
